Madolsiima - beautiful nature/ camping

Madolsima - badulla

The easiest way to get there is to walk from Badulla to Madolsima and then from there you have to walk another 22 KM. If you want to go right, you can go right from Madolsima to around 8 KM on the Akiriyawa road and then turn right at the Kuruwigolla junction. Now this time the Estate Authority has issued guidance boards. The whole place is just as carpeted. It's like a jeep. Cars, vans, buses are not even close. There is no door to a nearby house. There is no human race for kilometers.

From public transport, one can travel to Passara and then cross over Kuruvigolla via the overpass bus. * A bus runs from #HPLTravels to Colombo and Madolsima. It leaves Colombo at 10.15 pm. Then you can take a bus from Madolsim to Kuruwigolla. If not, you can take a bus to Colombo and then travel back to Passara. You can take the necessary items from Madolsima town. There is only a market in Kuruwigolla. The little globe is covered with fog most of the day and a little bit clearer every day.

In the midst of all this, there are no words to describe the wonderful invention of nature. On the way to this little world, you can see another rock called Kokagala. This rock is Deshamanya DS. It is now called the DS stone because of Senanayake's appearance. Anyway after leaving the viewing platform of the little world, we had a good day and had no problems in the sky. A very rare sight until you reach the coast.
